While certifications can confirm knowledge of a methodology, nothing substitutes for a solid track record. It comes down to the people.  Does the project manager have the right experience, judgment, people skills, and technology skills to drive your project to success?

Good project managers shape a team to understand their contribution to the overall goal and build a sense of mission.  The project manager does more than track work, they anticipate risks, communicate in all directions, and roll up their sleeves with their team.  This is our philosophy and approach. 

At Even Keel Strategies, our principal consultant has over 15 years of project management experience.  Ms. Mangan has managed large complex technology projects.  She understands the constraints in the public sector, and combines sound methodology with a pragmatic approach to accomplish a project.  Ms. Mangan has also taught project management methodology and mentored new managers.
